What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

They are to cover the charges from UPS. We cover half the charges so we can avoid using the US postal service.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express

How long will delivery take?

All orders are processed Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm CST.

Orders received before 2 pm may go out same day but not always. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving during normal business hours. Orders received over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.

2 day shipping only applies to Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be processed and shipped on Monday. Tuesaday/Wednesday will be travel days and your package should arrive by Thursday.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All credit card processing is facilitated through https: via Authorize.net.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our team will work feverishly throughout the night to ensure you receive only the highest quality products. Orders are handed off to our friendly UPS drivers to take it from there.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Please check your email. You will receive a receipt from us after you order.

My payment is not going through.

If you are having any issues with payment not going through, please call us at 888.437.7779, fill out the form on our contact page or email us at jess@choicenutritionllc.com. We will get back to you ASAP during the our normal business hours. Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm CST.

What does Backorder mean?

The order saying backordered is just for employees to know to retrieve it from the our warehouse. Your order will not be held up by a backorder. If we are out of stock on something it will be taken off the website.
