1. Grapefruit Juice

Grapefruit juice is our very first choice because it goes great with your breakfast, and it is one of the most powerful potentiators for Kratom. It is also the most popular potentiator!

The enzymes in grapefruit enhance the alkaloids in Kratom, all while providing ample amounts of Vitamin C and potassium that will supplement your daily nutritional needs. The enzymes in grapefruit also promote digestion, and in some instances, can help individuals have a more efficient metabolism. 

Another benefit to potentiating Kratom with grapefruit is that the sweetness of the juice helps mask the very bitter taste of the Kratom. You can mix your Kratom in 8 oz of juice, or you can use the toss n wash method and chase your Kratom powder with your grapefruit juice. 

2. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

More and more people are adding apple cider vinegar into their health and wellness routine. Research has shown that ACV can have many advantages in and on the body such as, improving the skin, weight loss, blood sugar, and boosting cardiovascular health. When potentiating your Kratom with ACV, you can use the toss n wash method. Instead of using water as a chaser, you’ll wash your kratom down with the apple cider vinegar. We recommend that you try to get accustomed to the tang of ACV before you try this method. The taste of ACV in large amounts can be startling in the beginning.

If you are looking for a more subtle combination of ACV and Kratom, try adding a tablespoon of ACV to your Kratom tea. You can also mix about 1-2 tablespoons of ACV in 8 oz of water and Kratom. If the taste is still too harsh, try adding 1 teaspoon of honey, cinnamon, or cayenne pepper. 

3. Cayenne Pepper

FYI: You’ll want to start small when potentiating your Kratom with cayenne pepper because of how strong it is. You also might need to get your taste buds accustomed to the heat. 

To make your Kratom potent with cayenne pepper, mix 1 teaspoon of the cayenne pepper in with 1 teaspoon of Kratom powder. You will then combine this mixture in 8 oz of water and stir until it is fully mixed together. 

4. Turmeric 

With anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is an excellent choice for your daily health routine. The active property in turmeric, curcumin, is a powerful antioxidant. When potentiating with turmeric, you’ll simply mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and Kratom together. Then you will add it to your hot tea, your favorite fruit juice of choice, or even a delicious milkshake!

5. Chamomile Tea

A majority of Kratom enthusiasts already brew Kratom tea, but by adding Kratom to chamomile tea is a game changer. Chamomile is known for its calming and sedative effects. 6. Caffeine
