I've no complaints with the product itself, it's awesome! But here's the thing...
I ordered a couple items. one was pretty small. I didn't see the smaller one in my order when it arrived, so I filed a claim on the website, but I didn't hear back. After two weeks had gone by, I decided to get more assertive and use the 'chat' feature on the site (I was a new customer, so this was all new to me).
I tried for a while and when I could finally get a response, they said they photograph all orders before they're sent out and that they can see the item was included in my shipment. Naturally, assuming this is true, I felt foolish since that likely meant I'd thrown it away with the packing material, but now I'm a bit cross because if I'd gotten a response in a timely manner, I may have had time to fish the packaging out of the trash and rescued the item in question. Aside from that I've no complaints.

I have completely replaced any poison opiates with Full Spectrum Extract Capsules. I recently broke a molar that wasn’t salvageable. The day of the extraction I took one capsule before surgery, and the other after. Next day I took Ibuprofen. No issues at all. No pain. I started with the Extract Capsules only taking one, so for newer users that might be good to note. Two capsules is a delightful treat.
